Upon trying the shoes, they felt very comfy with the velvet lining. When you wear these for more than an hour you will feel you foot sliding closer and closer to the front. It will hurt. I would suggest if you are a size 10 get an 11.
Over all the design should be improved. Maybe having an actual foot bed...
Only other complaint would be the tounge of the shoe, similar to the Demonia Swing, slides around the calf.
I can actually say that I've never fell off the platform.
It's obviously a beautiful looking boot. But it's not practical for long wear at all.
